Check alarms status activated
Windows secure
No signs of vandalism or break-in
No signs of water damage (walls/ceilings)
No signs of rodents or pests
Fridge & freezer check
Dishwasher checked
Kitchen faucets flushed
Check under sinks for water
Bathroom faucets flushed
Check under bathroom sinks for water
Toilets flushed / no leaks not running
Laundry machine checked and door left ajar
Lighting (bulbs can be replaced if fixtures and bulbs are accessible.
AC / mini split functioning and filter cleaned
Humidity check for mold
Hot water tank check for signs of failure
Check breaker panel
Check smoke detector and carbon monoxide detectors
